Sennheiser PXC 250 Active Noise Canceling Headphones is great for occasions when you want to cancel noise. PXC 250  cuts out up to 25 dB of ambient noise. There is so much money that you can spend on noise canceling headphones, but this one is very affordable and high quality. I did have an issue with the battery holder, and I am in general not a fan of thse wired headphones. Other than that, these headphones are designed well. And they are pretty affordable.
